1. Our Services

Sailor Success provides maritime career guidance, educational courses, and the SailorGPT AI mentor for Indian seafarers and maritime aspirants. Courses are delivered through our platform partner, Graphy.

2. Educational Purpose Only

Content on this site — including career guidance, exam preparation material, salary information, and SailorGPT responses — is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It does not replace official guidance from DGMA, IMU, your training institute, or your employer. Always verify critical decisions (exam dates, eligibility, regulatory requirements) directly with the relevant official authority.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee admission, sponsorship, employment, exam results, or any specific career outcome. Course content, mock sessions, and guidance are designed to improve your preparation and decision-making, not to promise a particular result.

4. Payments and Refunds

Course fees are as stated at the time of purchase on our platform. Every paid product carries a 7-day, no-questions-asked full refund. Email helpme@sailorsuccess.online within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no form, no exit survey, no retention call. The two stated exceptions (the 7-day window, and one-to-one time already delivered) are set out in full on our Refund Policy page. 5. User Conduct

When using our courses, community features, or SailorGPT, you agree not to misuse the platform, share fraudulent information, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent course access restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, articles, and materials on sailorsuccess.online are the property of Sailor Success Education Services unless otherwise stated. You may use them for personal learning but may not redistribute, resell, or republish them without permission.

7. SailorGPT Disclaimer

SailorGPT is an AI-based mentor tool. While we work to keep its guidance accurate and current, AI-generated responses can occasionally be incomplete or outdated. Always cross-check time-sensitive information (exam dates, regulatory changes, circular numbers) against official sources like dgma.gov.in and imu.edu.in.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sailor Success is not liable for decisions made based on our content, guidance, or SailorGPT responses. We provide information in good faith based on our maritime experience, but final responsibility for career, financial, and legal decisions rests with you.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
