The short version: Buy anything from us. If it is not what you expected, email helpme@sailorsuccess.online within 7 days and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.
Why we publish this so plainly
Our own Scam Shield guide lists "Refund Impossible Schemes" as fraud pattern #25 — fee structures deliberately written so refunds are practically impossible. Our 10-point pre-payment checklist asks you to confirm one thing before paying anyone:
"Can you get a full refund if you change your mind within 7 days?"
It would be absurd to ask you to hold coaching institutes to that standard and not meet it ourselves. So this page exists, it is linked from our footer, and the answer is yes.

How to request one
Email helpme@sailorsuccess.online from the address you purchased with, or message us on WhatsApp. Include your order reference if you have it — if you do not, we will find it.
There is no form, no exit survey, and no retention call. We acknowledge within 48 hours. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method by our platform partner, Graphy, and typically appear within 5–7 working days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
The limits — stated upfront
Two honest exceptions, so nothing here is a surprise later:
- The 7 days run from your purchase date. Beyond that window we cannot process a refund, because our products are digital and permanently accessible once delivered.
- One-to-one time already delivered is not refundable. If you have used a personal consultation or mentoring session, that session is not covered — though the rest of your purchase is.
We do not have hidden conditions beyond these two. If you think your situation is unfair, write to us anyway and a human will read it.
What we do not do
We are not affiliated with any coaching institute, training college, or manning agent. We accept no commissions and no referral fees from any of them. That independence is the reason we are able to tell you which ones to avoid — and the reason we do not need to trap you in a purchase to make our numbers.
